It also occurred to me the gluten free restaurants and bakeries in Portland might have other sources of information. Not all are strictly gluten free, so they must have some knowledge about this. Listing of restaurants at http://www.glutenfreeportland.org/restaurant-list/. I left a message with AND Café, “To help prevent cross-contamination, we have equipment dedicated to use when preparing gluten free food.” It might be worth contacting some of the others.
