GUM GARDENER’S Study Club Schedule — 2021-2022
Meeting time- Mondays 6:30-8:30 pm | 4th Monday of the month.

Greetings,
Welcome to another study club year! This has been a very unusual year and we appreciate your patience as we navigate many new avenues. By attending all classes, you will receive 16 hours of Continuing Education (CE) credits. This includes: required 2 hours of Medical Emergencies, CPR & BLS, Infection Control, and Cultural Competency. The full schedule and speaker notes (if provided) can be found on our club website: www.gumgardeners.org.
At this time, St. Vincent’s Medical Center has not released a schedule for in-person activities through the end of 2021. As we receive more information regarding the physical location, we will pass it forward. Until that time, we continue to plan for a virtual format.
**Changes for 2021-2022**
Meeting information:
Dates: 4th Monday, September - May (November & May will be the 3rd Monday due to holidays, no meeting in December due to Christmas)
Time: 6:30-8:30 pm
Location: Virtual - a web link will be emailed to each paid member the week prior to the class date
Dues: $60.00 for year (CPR/BLS fee included)
$25.00 per class for drop-ins
$45.00 for CPR/BLS non-members
Attendance: Gum Gardener Study Club officers will track and verify each paid member’s online attendance. During the 2020-2021 study club year, we contacted the Oregon Board of Dentistry to confirm online classes and webinar attendance will be acceptable CE credits.
- Classes will begin at 6:30 pm each scheduled Monday; at 6:50 pm we will stop admitting participants into the meeting room link. Last year members entered through the duration of class which was a distraction for officers participating in the class/lectures. Please be sure to login prior to 6:50 pm.
Attendance Verification: A personalized Continuing Education (CE) Verification form will be emailed to each member at the end of the study club year (May), with the list of classes attended. If you need the copy of a class sign-in roster, please contact the club Secretary/Treasurer Meg Bishop at the club email address.
